These terms apply to your use of the Whitehouse Real Estate Group website at www.whitehouserealestate.co.uk, which is operated by Whitehouse Real Estate Management LTD (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site gives information about our property management, short-term lettings, serviced accommodation and property investment services, and a way to contact us. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it. Property details, photos, prices and availability can change without notice, so please check them before you rely on them.
Sending an enquiry, or asking for an earnings estimate, does not create a contract between you and us and does not commit you to anything. By submitting your details you agree that we may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Stays are booked through Hospitable and are subject to the booking terms and the cancellation policy shown for that property at checkout. If those terms conflict with these ones, the booking terms apply to that booking.
Any earnings estimate on the site is an indicative range of gross booking income, before platform commission, running costs, management fees and tax. It is generated automatically from the details you enter, third-party market data for similar short lets that we have not independently verified, and our own assumptions; how each estimate is worked out is shown alongside it. It is not a valuation, forecast, quotation, offer or guarantee of what your property will earn, and you should not rely on it to make any financial decision. Actual income depends on many things, including the property itself, its licence and planning status, demand, seasonality and pricing, and may be materially higher or lower.
If you decide to have your property managed by us, our services, fees and responsibilities will be set out in a separate written management agreement. That agreement, not these terms, governs our management of your property. Where we introduce you to a third party, such as our partner solicitor for licensing, that third party provides its services to you directly under its own terms.
Information about property investment, refurbishment and property management is general only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Please take your own professional advice before making any decision.
The site, including its text, design, logos, photos and videos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer you may also be able to bring proceedings in your own country, and that right is not affected.
